The Old Parochial House is located on the N13, the main route connecting Derry and Letterkenny. Travel times from Derry would be approx. 10 mins, and from Letterkenny approx. 15 mins.
From Derry, take the Buncrana Road, heading towards Donegal. Go straight through any roundabouts. Landmarks to look out for include Pennyburn Chapel, Collon Bar, Springtown Industrial Estate, after After Faustina Retail Park and Whitehouse. After passing the 3 large petrol stations in Bridgend, turn left at the Bridgend Roundabout on to the N13. The house is approx 2 1/2 miles from the roundabout on the left hand side, just past an Grianan Hotel.
From the Derry direction, the house is on the left hand side, approx 2 miles from the Bridgend roundabout.
From Letterkenny, follow signs for Derry. As you're approaching the Townland of Burt, landmarks include Callaghan's Service Station / Euro Electives, Topaz Service Sation. The house is on your right hand side, just past the Topaz Garage.
The house is easily identifiable by its large Gothic type windows on either side with the large balcony, centre of the original Old Parochial House.
The Old Parochial House is the nearest B&B to an Grianan Hotel, only a 5 min wallk, so save on Taxi Fares.
